We thank all our visitors for their collaboration in looking after the museum and the integrity of its artworks.

Please follow the instructions from the Security staff.

GUIDELINES FOR THE INSTALLATION AMESHA SPENTAS FROM THE GANZFELD SERIES

Please, follow the instructions of the Museum staff.
The installation includes strobes and lighting effects that may provoke hallucinations and disorientation.
People who suffer from epilepsy, claustrophobia, and/or use a pacemaker, will not be able to access this installation.
Children under the age of six cannot access this installation.
Photography and video are strictly prohibited within the installation.
All visitors are required to wear the shoe covers provided.
Access to the installation is not permitted in high heels.
Museo Jumex are not responsible for any adverse effect.

Tickets at the Box Office subject to availability.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THE EXHIBITION

THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Photography or video.
Making telephone calls in the galleries.
Running in the galleries.
Entering with a pet; only guide dogs are allowed.
Smoking, even on the terrace.

CARE AROUND WORKS OF ART

Touching the artwork is strictly forbidden.
Keep a 1 m distance from the artworks.
Do not step on the base of the artworks.
Do not lean on the display cabinets or on the walls.

ADMISSION

To guarantee the experience within the exhibition, there is limited capacity in the galleries. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
A maximum stay of 30 minutes is allowed per gallery.
Entrance is not allowed with the following: food, beverages, cameras, chewing gum, backpacks, selfie sticks, umbrellas, tripods, laptops, iPads, wrapped parcels, electronic cigarettes, cutting objects, flammable objects and/or any other type of object or package bigger than 30 x 40 cm.
If you have one of the above objects, they will need to be checked at the coatroom or left in the locker area.
Museo Jumex is not responsible for forgotten, damaged or lost items if using a locker. Key loss will incur a cost of $400 MXN.

CHILDREN

All children are welcome at Museo Jumex. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

PHOTOGRAPHS

As per the artist’s wishes, photography and video is strictly prohibited within the exhibition.

EXTERNAL GUIDES

Group visits with guides external to museum staff are not allowed. Professionals and teachers from accredited institutions may book an appointment to give their class in the museum galleries.

*Visitors and Museo Jumex staff have the right to an environment free of any type of abuse, cruelty or misconduct. The museum reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior violates the works, visitors or staff.
