This workshop given by Carolina Magis Weinberg transforms the museum visit into a critic experience. Participants answer a series of questions from the Appearance Stripped Bare walkthrough: Who decides what is exhibited in a museum? What is behind an exhibition? What is the public’s relationship with the museum? How do artists Marcel Duchamp and Jeff Koons relate to the museum as an institution? This dialogue will be based on elements around the exhibition.
