This was the second time La Colección Jumex was shown in Europe, through a joint venture with the Museum Moderner Kunst Stiftung Ludwig Wien (MUMOK) in Austria. Nineteen artists—including Abraham Cruzvillegas, Minerva Cuervas, Olafur Eliasson, Gabriel Orozco, Ugo Rondinone, Jeff Wall and Fischli & Weiss—showed pieces that either directly or tangentially dealt with precarious living conditions in a globalized world driven by economic powers.
