How much is the admission fee?
Admission to the museum is free during our opening hours from Tuesday to Sunday.
Is there a way to access the museum without waiting in line?
Yes, we offered these options:
1) Purchasing a fast pass at the museum.
2) Purchasing a membership.
What is the cost of the online fast pass?
There are not online fast pass at the moment
Guided tour at 5PM: $300 pesos (This service is provided only in Spanish)
I am having a problem with the fast pass online, who can I contact?
Send an email to soporte@passline.mx so they can help you with any problems with the issuance of the fast pass.

ACCESSIBILITY
Is the museum accessible to people with limited mobility?
Yes, the museum has ramps and elevators for easy access for those with limited mobility. Wheelchairs are available free of charge and can be borrowed at the museum entrance.
Can I bring service animals?
Service animals are welcome at Museo Jumex. If you visit the museum with a service animal, be sure to present a current certificate at the museum entrance. Pets are not allowed inside the Museo Jumex galleries.
Is there seating available in the museum?
There are a few benches available in the terrace area of the museum.

EXHIBITION
What will I see in the exhibition?
The exhibition brings together 57 works by Damien Hirst that offer a complete overview of the artist’s career between 1986 and 2019. For more information, click here.
How long does it take to see the exhibition?
The tour is approximately one hour. The maximum time spent in each gallery is 30 minutes.
CHILDREN
Is the exhibition suitable for children?
Yes, children are always welcome at Museo Jumex; however, some works included in the exhibition may affect the sensitivity of some people. Discretion is recommended.
Is it possible to bring strollers into the galleries?. Yes, access with strollers is permitted.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Are photographs allowed in the exhibition?
Yes, for personal, non-commercial use only. * Flash, tripods, or selfie sticks are not permitted.
Can I take videos of the exhibition?
No. For the safety of the pieces and our visitors, video is not allowed in the galleries.

*Commercial use, or reproduction, of any image without the express permission of the copyright holder is not permitted. Each visitor is responsible for ensuring that his or her photographs do not infringe copyright.
CONSERVATION
Can I touch the works?
For conservation reasons it is important not to touch them. We ask you to keep the distance recommended by our staff in the galleries and not to put your feet on the base of the works.
Why is there a limit to the number of people in the gallery?
To ensure the safety of our visitors and the conservation of the works.
Why is access with food and beverages not allowed?
They are not allowed to guarantee the safety and conservation of the works.
Is the use of cell phones for phone calls allowed?
In order not to interrupt the experience of other visitors, phone calls are not allowed inside the galleries. If you need to make a phone call, please take the call in the gallery lobby.
MEMBERSHIPS
I am a member of Amigos del Museo Jumex, how do I visit the exhibition?
Friends of the Museo Jumex will have priority access. Present your membership card and valid ID at the museum entrance. You can visit as many times as you wish.
